Let's follow the steps that a typical homeowner, we'll call him Robert, would follow:


Robert is seeking some mortgage relief. He wants to downgrade because of the economic uncertainty and his financial situation. He is current in regard to his mortgage payments on his home. He is not behind in payments.

He contacts Homeowner Relief Options Inc. and after discussing his situation he decides to have us take over the current and future mortgage payments and take possession of the home. 


Our document preparation department prepares and provides the necessary paperwork for Robert. Robert reads, signs and notarizes. Robert moves out.

Robert moves into his new affordable home. Robert never makes another payment on his old home. We took over...Robert moved on.


• Example 2 :

Richard is seeking some immediate mortgage payment relief. Richard lost his job. No income.

 

He doesn't want to pay his mortgage out of the savings that he has accrued overtime, besides when that is depleted what will he do then?

• Example c

Michael is looking for some immediate mortgage payment relief.

Michael is 4 months or more behind on his mortgage payments already. He has been given a notice of default from his lender/mortgage company. He is in "pre foreclosure", meaning his property hasn't been foreclosed on yet.


He signed a forbearance agreement with his mortgage company.

However that forbearance has now ended and the moratorium to stop foreclosures is over. It is the inevitable waiting to happen.


He realizes he will be even more behind in payments and is seriously considering just foreclosing and walking away from the mortgage debt and home. He's thinking to himself his credit is shot anyway.
